47. CHANGES TO POLICY A1919, PROHIBITION OF SMOKING AND TOBACCO USE (FORMERLY ENTITLED “SMOKING IN COUNTY BUILDINGS, FACILITIES AND OFFICES”) Approve changes to Policy A1919, Prohibition of Smoking and Tobacco Use (Formerly entitled “Smoking in County Buildings, Facilities and Offices”). This policy was revised to include language that meets the requirements of the 2006 Smoke-Free Arizona Act, to prohibit the use of electronic cigarettes inside County buildings, and to prohibit smoking and all forms of tobacco use on County property with the exception of designated areas (County park land will be a designated exclusion).
