48. AMENDMENTS TO RISK MANAGEMENT POLICIES Approve changes to Risk Management policies A2216 Transporting Injured/Ill County Employees, A2218 Reporting Industrial Injury or Illness, and A2223 Funding and Payment of Worker’s Compensation Claims. A2216, Transporting Injured/Ill County Employees, has been modified, without reducing the benefits to the injured employee, to conform to the departure of MIHS from the County, the use of safer methods of caring for the employee and the adoption of HR2424, Commuter Transportation. A2218 has been modified, without reducing the benefits to the injured employee, to conform to ARS § 23-901 and modified policy A2216, Transporting Injured-Ill County Employees. This revised policy now incorporates language related to the new Risk Management Incident Reporting Web Form that has been recently developed and implemented. A2223 has been revised, without reducing the benefits to the injured employee, to conform to modified policy A2218, Reporting Industrial Injury or Illness.
