36. CONTRACT WITH GREATER PHOENIX CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU FOR NONPROFIT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUNDING IN FY2015/2016 Approve a Contract between Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau and Maricopa County administered by its Office of Management and Budget, in an amount not-to-exceed $222,431. The purpose of this Contract is to provide FY 2016 non-profit economic development funding to the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau for purposes to include attracting conventions, conferences and meetings; marketing and communications; the promotion of leisure travel; and other related activities. This Contract is effective from July 1, 2015 until June 30, 2016. (C-49-15-064-3-00)
