55. REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS FROM ARIZONA HEALTH COST CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF MEDICAL LIEN Accept monetary reimbursement check in the amount of $17,273.83 from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) for health care benefits paid by Maricopa Managed Care Systems and deposit it into the General Fund (100). Authorize the closure of medical lien 2013-0109245. It is hereby acknowledged as paid, discharging all liens, claims of liens or rights of liens and debts secured thereby that may be possessed under or by virtue of the Arizona Long-Term Care Lien, dated November 30, 2013. Maricopa Managed Care Systems provided health benefits to indigent residents until 2005. ( C-49-16-011-2-00)
