3. SET PUBLIC HEARING AND SPECIAL MEETING ON THE MARICOPA COUNTY FY 2017 BUDGET Set a public hearing pursuant to A . R . S . §§42-17103 and 42-17107, for June 20, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. in the Board of Supervisors' Conference Room, 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix, Arizona, to receive public comment on the FY 2017 Tentative Budget as adopted, on any proposed changes to that Tentative Budget and on the proposed tax levy. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . §§42-17103, 42-17104, 42-17105 and 42-17107, set a Special Meeting for June 20, 2016, immediately following the public hearing, at the Board of Supervisors' Conference Room 301 W. Jefferson, 10th floor, Phoenix Arizona to adopt the Final Budget for FY 2017. Also, pursuant to A . R . S . §§42-17103, 42-17107 and 42-17151, provide notice that the Board of Supervisors will meet in the Board of Supervisors' Conference Room, 10th Floor, 301 W. Jefferson St. Phoenix, AZ at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 15, 2016 for the purpose of making tax levies as set forth in the estimate of amounts required to meet the public expense for the ensuing year and to fix and determine the required primary and secondary tax rates.
