38. NATIONAL FOREST FEES Pursuant A.R.S. §11-497, approve the apportionment $420,436.18 of National Forest Fees for Federal Fiscal Year 2014 -2015. The County Treasurer’s Office has on deposit $420,436.18 for Maricopa County’s share of the National Forest Fees revenue for Federal Fiscal Year 2015. The total apportionment is $456,996 with $36,560 being for Title II. The $420,436.18 represents Maricopa County’s share of the Nation Forest Fees Apportionment. These fees will be allocated as described below: Education Services (370) School Grants Fund (715): $384,562.47 Education Services FY16 indirect rate is 8.5% resulting in 30,127.01 in full indirect cost recovery. Transportation (640) Transportation Fund (232): $3,884.00 Transportation FY16 indirect rate is 10.6% resulting in 372.25 full indirect cost recovery. Emergency Management (150) Emergency Management Fund (215): $31,989.71 Emergency Management FY16 indirect rate is 11.9% which will result in 3,401.95 in full indirect cost recovery. (C-49-16-034-2-00)
