The IGA will be in effect upon signature of the last party and shall remain in effect until June 30, 2017. The IGA may be amended, further extended or terminated pursuant to the IGA provisions, including a 90-day termination without cause provision. Total County funding for behavioral health services in FY2016-17 under the IGA will be $57,768,239 for a one-year term. (C-49-16-036-3-00)
