57. EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY ADJUSTMENT In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) “Unreserved Contingency” line by not-to-exceed $5,000,000 and increase the Non Departmental (470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) “Judgments” line by not-to-exceed $5,000,000 in FY 2016. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will provide the budget authority for payment of FY 2016 costs related to any judgments, including any award of attorney’s fees, that may ordered by the Court.
