L-1. PRESENTATION, PUBLIC HEARING AND TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING ON THE LIBRARY DISTRICT FY 2017 BUDGET 1) Presentation regarding the Library District FY 2017 Budget: Sandi Wilson, Deputy County Manager Brian Hushek, Deputy Budget Director 2) Convene a public hearing to hear taxpayers who may wish to comment on the FY 2017 Library District Tentative Budget which was adopted May 16, 2016, the proposed tax levy or on any proposed changes to the Tentative Budget. The budget was increased by $8,500 from the Tentative Budget of $26,274,950 to $26,283,450 for additional grant and donation revenues anticipated. 3) Convene a Truth-in-Taxation hearing, pursuant to A.R.S. §48-254, to hear taxpayers in favor of or against the proposed tax levy.
