54. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR MARKET STUDIES In accordance with A.R.S §42-17106(B), approve the following transfers of expenditure authority between appropriated budgets: a) decrease the FY 2017 expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Operating (1000) Contingency (4711) budget in the line "Compensation Market Adjustments” by $169,395, and b) increase the FY 2017 expenditure authority in the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (1000) budget by $169,395, and These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will allow funding of necessary adjustments in the Correctional Health Department as recommended by Compensation. (C-49-16-052-2-00)
