MARKET ADJUSTMENTS FOR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS Approve Market Adjustments for Mental Health Professionals and Clinicians in Correctional Health (D260), Juvenile Probation (D270), Adult Probation (D110), and Superior Court (D800). Direct the Budget Office to adjust to the FY 2018 Budget during the Tentative to Final Process as follows: Increase Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER): $118,012 Increase Correctional Health (D260) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER): $5,966 Increase Juvenile Probation (D270) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER): $38,977 Increase Adult Probation (D110) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER): $3,766 Increase Superior Court (D800) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER): $8,152 These increase will be offset by a reduction in Non Departmental Operating Contingency in the line Compensation. Adult Probation (D110) Grant Fund (211) Operating (OPER) has $18,287 in increase that will be absorbed by the department. The FY 2017 impact of these Market Adjustment can be absorbed by the departments. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero, and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to ARS 42-17105.
