39. AMENDMENT TO FY 2018 CORRECTIONAL HEALTH SERVICES BUDGET In accordance with A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), authorize the following transfer of expenditure authority within the FY 2018 Revised Budget: a) Decrease the expenditure appropriation in Correctional Health Services (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operations (OPER) by $500,000; b) Increase the expenditure appropriation in Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Operations (OPER) in a new contingency line entitled “Correctional Health Services Contingency” (4711) by $500,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Approval of this action will reduce the budget for Correctional Health Services to be in-line with FY 2018 actual spending. (C-49-18-018-3-00)
