BUDGET OFFICE REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE Approve an exception to the FY 2019 Budgeting Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the following request over baseline: 1.General Fund (100) Non Recurring funding in the amount of $148,703 for non recurring personnel expenditures. This request for non recurring funds is more than offset by the requested reduction to the Budget Office operating budget of $313,565. The Budget Office is anticipating non recurring personnel expenditures associated with staff retirements in the coming fiscal year.
