33. INCREASE EXPENDITURE BUDGET FOR FY 2019 INVESTIGATORS RETIREMENT RATES In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following budget appropriation adjustments: 1. Increase County Attorney (D190) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) by $548,219. 2. Decrease Non departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) in the line “Unreserved Contingency” by $548,219. This adjustment is necessary to properly fund the County Attorney’s Investigators Retirement (Public Safety Personnel Retirement System) and/or the Investigators Alternate Contribution Rate (ACR) for FY 2019. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105.
