18. FY 2021 MARICOPA COUNTY AMENDED BUDGET GUIDELINES AND PRIORITIES Approve the amended FY 2021 Maricopa County Budget Guidelines and Priorities. The economic downturn resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the financial outlook for FY 2021. Given the change to the forecasted revenue and economic indicators, the budget guidelines and priorities are being amended to provide the necessary direction to develop a structurally balanced, sustainable budget.
