58. SECURITY OFFICER MARKET STUDY BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FY 2020 Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), approve the following transfers for expenditure authority: 1.) Increase the FY 2020 General Fund (100) expenditure budgets by the amount indicated for the departments and appropriation unit groups listed under the General Fund (100) heading on the attached schedule in the total amount of $296,094. 2.) Decrease the FY 2020 Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) budget in the line “Other Market Issues” by $296,094. 3.) Direct the Budget Office to adjust the FY 2021 Budget Baselines for the annualized impact for the General Fund market adjustments. The FY2021 baseline adjustments will be offset by reductions to the “Other Market Issues” lines in Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Budget. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget To provide funding to departments for employees who received market adjustments effective December 2, 2019. (C-49-20-017-M-00)
