18. ULTIS PROJECT BUDGET ADJUSTMENT Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, authorize the following: 1. Approve the final transfer of FY2020 expenditure authority in the amount of $491,003 from Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) ULTIS Project Reserve (PRSC) to the Non Departmental (D470) Technology Capital Improvement Fund (460) Treasurer Technology System Upgrade (TTSU) in the Treasurer Technology Improvements (TTS1) budget. This action will have a net zero impact on the overall County budget. The FY 2020 budget includes a project reserve for the Treasurer Technology Project available to be appropriated to the project after quarterly project health checks. The project health check was delivered by the County's CIO in February. (C-49-20-019-2-00)
