30. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR FY 2021 ONE-TIME LUMP SUM PERFORMANCE BASED RETENTION PLAN Pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17106(B), approve the following transfers for expenditure authority in FY 2021: 1.) Increase the FY 2021 General Fund (100) Non Recurring expenditure budgets by the amount indicated for the departments and appropriation unit groups listed under the General Fund (100) heading on the attached schedule. Offset these increases by a decrease to the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) Budget in the Unreserved Contingency line (4711) by $15,329,023 for a net impact of zero. 2.) Increase the FY 2021 Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring expenditure budgets by the amount indicated for the departments and appropriation unit groups listed under the Detention Fund (255) heading on the attached schedule. Offset these increases by a decrease to the Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fund (255) Non Recurring (NRNP) Unreserved Contingency (4711) by $6,558,863 for a net impact of zero. (C-49-21-019-X-00)
