40. NURSE MA RKET STUDY BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FY 2022 Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the following transfer of expenditure authority in the FY 2022 budget. 1. Increase the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPER) budget by $995,304. 2. Increase the Correctional Health (D2 60) Detention Fund (255) Graves Operating (GRV0) budget by $16,759. 3. Increase the Correctional Health (D260) Detention Fund (255) Sign-on Incentive (SIN0) budget by $210,000. 4. Increase the Juvenile Probation (D270) Detention Fund (255) Operating (OPE R) budget by $59,306. 5. Increase the Sheriff (D500) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) budget by $2,767. 6. Decrease the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) in the line “Compensation Issues” by $2,767. 7. App rove the FY 2022 fund transfer of $1,281,369 from the General Fund (100) to the Detention Fund (255). 8. Transfer FY 2022 expenditure authority in the amount of $1,281,369 from Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Contingency (4711) in the line “Compensation Issues” to Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Operating (OPER) Other Programs (4712) “Jail Excise Maint of Effort Above Base Transfer Out” budget line. 9. Increase the FY 2022 Non Departmental (D470) Detention Fu nd (255) Operating (OPER) Jail Excise Maint of Effort Above Base Transfer In revenue budget by $1,281,369. 10. Offset revenue and expenditure adjustments for the fund transfer in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (OPER) in the amoun t of $1,281,369. These changes provide funding to departments with employees in the Nurse market range for a market adjustment effective July 1, 2021.
