77. AMENDMENT TO SPECIAL - USE AUTHORIZATION WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOREST SERVICE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Amendment For Special–Use Authorization Amendment No. 1 and all other documents need to allow the County to install communication shelter, generator and propane tank, and metal awning at the Canyon Lake Aid Station, authorized under agenda C-50-03-054-0-00. This amendment allows Maricopa County the right to modify the existing site to support wireless communication equipment at the Canyon Lake Aid Station, authorized under C-50-03-054-0-00, on Tonto National Forest land. This amendment will support the implementation of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. All funding for costs associated with the construction, installation and start-up of wireless communication equipment are part of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project budget (C-73-13-077-7-00). This agenda item also authorizes the Chairman to sign other documents that may be required. (C-50-03-054-0-01)
