9. ONE-TIME ADDITION TO FLEET RICO VEHICLE Approve a one-time addition to the Sheriff's RICO fleet of 2007 Chevrolet Silverado that was seized through a high intensity drug trafficking operation and obtained under order of forfeiture. This vehicle replaces RICO vehicle #60, a 2001 Chevrolet Pickup Truck, acquired as a one-time addition to fleet in agenda C-50-04-053-M-00, which has 160,000 miles, is in need of costly repair, and will be disposed of according to RICO regs. Also approve undercover designation as this vehicle will be used for undercover investigative purposes and anonymity is required for officer safety and success of the investigation. Operational costs, which will be funded through RICO, are anticipated to be $1,350 in FY 2010 and $4,680 in FY 2011. This vehicle will be retired at the end of its useful life with no funding from the general fund for its replacement (C-50-10-106-M-00)
