9. AMENDMENT TO EMERGENCY BASE STATION AGREEMENT WITH JOHN C. LINCOLN HEALTH NETWORK Approve the First Amendment to the Emergency Base Station Agreement, between John C. Lincoln Health Network and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO). The original Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors on March 21, 2007 (C-50-07-042-M-01). This Amendment allows the agreement to automatically renew, unless cancelled. The agreement shall be binding and remain binding unless mutual written agreement of both parties and with the execution of a written amendment signed by both parties. Also, the Hospital notice provision, Section 3.6 replaces/changes the person(s) at the Hospital receiving the Agreement and copies of. Finally, Force Majeure, section 3.9, replaces the word “hoods” with “floods”. (C-50-07-042-M-02)

13. ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTION TO THE EMERGENCY BASE STATION AGREEMENT, JOHN C. LINCOLN HEALTH NETWORK Approve an Administrative Correction to C-50-07-042-M-02, an amendment to the Emergency Base Station Agreement, between John C. Lincoln Health Network and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) approved by the Board on February 23, 2011. The corrections are as follows: Section 3.4 Term: extends the Agreement to December 31, 2014 and may be extended, modified or revised upon mutual written agreement of both parties and with the execution of a written amendment signed by both parties. Also, Section 3.12 E-Verification of Employees is added. (C-50-07-042-M-03)
