A-1. AMENDMENT TO LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF CAREFREE Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Law Enforcement Services Agreement with the Town of Carefree which accomplishes the following: 1) reduces the number of traffic patrol deputies from two to one; 2) extends the length of the initial contract to June 30, 2011; and 3) adds required clauses pertaining to e-verify and business in Sudan and Iran. This amendment is effective July 1, 2010. Also approve per A.R.S. 41-17106 a reduction in Sheriff's Office General Fund (100) recurring (0000) appropriation for FY 2011 of $102,720 in revenue and $80,776 in expenditures. Approval of this amendment results in the reduction of one deputy position for Sheriff's Office District IV. (C-50-08-007-2-01)
