20. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH GILA BEND CONCERNING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL Approve amendment #1 to the agreement for Law Enforcement Services between the Town of Gila Bend and Maricopa County, on behalf of the Sheriff's Office to add one fiscal year automatic renewal to the current number. Year three of up to three one-fiscal year automatic renewals ends June 30, 2011. Approval of this item allows the Agreement to continue uninterrupted through Fiscal Year 2012. This amendment also adds the statutory clauses regarding A.R.S. 41-4401 and 35-391.06 and 35-393.06 that did not exist in July 2007 when the Agreement took effect. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The Town received notice of updated costs for FY 2012 in the month of February, per terms of the Agreement. The value of this contract is $336,167. The revenue and expenditures are budgeted in FY 2012. (C-50-08-008-2-01)
