14. RESCIND ACTION REGARDING LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LAKE PLEASANT MARINA PARTNERS, LLP Rescind the action taken by the Board on June 4, 2008, agenda item C-50-08-052-1-00, to approve and execute a License Agreement between Lake Pleasant Marina Partners, LLP, and Maricopa County through the Sheriff's Office, from May 21, 2008 through May 31, 2013. Implementation of this item was contingent upon certain specifications being met by the Licensor. The concerns have now been addressed and a new and updated license agreement is being presented for action in a separate agenda item (C-50-10-109-M-00). (C-50-08-052-1-01)
