10. AGREEMENT WITH SALT RIVER PROJECT (SRP) AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT & POWER DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF DAM ENHANCEMENTS Approve the Agreement between the Salt River Project (SRP) Agricultural Improvement & Power District and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to allow reimbursement of up to $107,000 from Arizona Homeland Security grant funding for the Buffer Zone Protection Program. The reimbursement period is July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2008. These expenses were funded in the FY 2008-09 Sheriff’s Office grant fund appropriation. This funding is from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Subgrantee Agreement 07-AZDOHS-HSGP-222207-08 approved by the Board of Supervisors on February 20, 2008 (C-50-08-550-3). The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY 2008-09 is 12.2%. Because the Salt River Project (SRP) Agricultural Improvement & Power District is a subrecipient of Sheriff's Office grant funds, the indirect cost amount of $13,054 is not applicable.
