15. CHANGE ORDER FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY (GOHS), EAST AND WEST VALLEY DUI TASK FORCE Approve Change Order Number 2009-121 and acceptance of an additional $40,000 in grant funds from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS), East and West Valley DUI Task Force. Term of Agreement #2008-410-028 is through September 30, 2009. This increase will bring the total award from $40,000.00 to $80,000.00. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY09 is 12.2%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this increase are estimated to be $4,880.00. This funding was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 4, 2008 (C-50-08-557-3-00). (C-50-08-557-3-01)
