10. SALE AND TRANSFER OF CONTROLLERS FOR LIGHTS AND SIRENS TO POSSE Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251(9), approve the sale and transfer of three obsolete, surplus Unitrol Light and Siren Controllers for $1.00 per unit to the Tactical Vehicle Posse group. The Sheriff's Office has switched the siren and light controller units for patrol vehicles to TouchMaster Delta from Unitrol. (C-50-09-008-M-00)
