AMENDMENT TO THE SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY – 444817-04 Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Sub grantee Agreement from the Arizona Department of Homeland Security, Project Number: 444817-04. This amendment extends the expiration date of the Agreement from September 30, 2009 until August 31, 2010. The original Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 18, 2008, (C-50-09-038-G-00) with term of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. This amendment is for the term only as there are no additional funds. (C-50-09-038-G-01)
