9. AGREEMENT WITH JOHN C. LINCOLN HEALTH NETWORK FOR PARAMEDIC AND EMT TRAINING Approve the affiliation agreement between John C. Lincoln Health Network and Maricopa County on behalf of the Sheriff's Office to share Lincoln 's facilities for paramedic and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) training. This agreement is from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010 and may be terminated by either party with thirty days written notice. The Board has approved similar agreements with John C. Lincoln on behalf of the Sheriff's Office in the past. (C-50-09-061-M-00)
