11. IGA WITH COCONINO COUNTY FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION Pursuant to A.R.S. 13-3872, and in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 3, approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Coconino County and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) for the purpose of sharing of law enforcement information through the AZLink program and the Coconino County Sheriff's Office as a client agency of the Regional Law Enforcement System, for which the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is the authorized regional link for the Northern Arizona region. This Agreement becomes effective when it is fully executed and filed with the Secretary of State and will remain in force for two years or until either part provides 60 days written notice of intent to terminate.
