12. RESOLUTION TO APPLY AND ACCEPT FUNDING FROM THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF HIGHWAY SAFETY FOR PROJECTS IN ARIZONA’S 2010 HIGHWAY SAFETY PLAN Adopt a Resolution approving application and acceptance of up to $505,545 in reimbursable grant funding from the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS). This funding will be used for projects relating to all aspects of highway safety. The anticipated term of the funding is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2011. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated to be $83,920.47. (C-50-09-078-G-00)
