14. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCES (OCDETF) Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $10,000 in overtime reimbursement funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). The term of this Agreement is from March 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $1,660. (C-50-09-080-3-00)
