16. AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA AUTO THEFT AUTHORITY FOR THE 2009/2010 PUBLIC AWARENESS PROGRAM Approve the agreement and acceptance of $7,682 in grant funding from the Arizona Automobile Theft Authority, 2009/2010 Public Awareness Grant Number: 2010-PA.AZ0070000.01. The term of this agreement is July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. Also, approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) for the one-time purchase of VIN Etching Equipment, estimated cost $2,282. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this grant are estimated to be $1,275.21. (C-50-09-082-G-00)
