22. COST REIMBURSEMENT MOU WITH THE U.S. MARSHALS OFFICE FOR OVERTIME Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Marshals Office that provides acceptance by the Sheriff's Office of up to $10,000 in overtime reimbursement for deputy(ies) working the Arizona Wanted Task Force Operation in Maricopa County. The term of this funding is June 5, 2009 through June 5, 2010. Approval of this item does not impact the overall appropriation for revenue and expenditures in Sheriff's FY 2010 Fund (251). The Sheriff’s Office FY2010 indirect cost rate is 16.6%. The unrecoverable indirect cost associated with this funding are estimated to be $1,660. (C-50-10-005-3-00)
