25. AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2006 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM AWARD #222207-12 Approve an Agreement between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security (AZDOHS) and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, for the 2006 Homeland Security Grant Program Award, Number 222207-12 and acceptance of $2,132.38. The retroactive term of this award is October 1, 2006 through June 30, 2009. Also, retroactively approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) for the one-time purchase of EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) Camera Equipment designated by the AZDOHS for this project. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2009 is 12.2%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $260.15. (C-50-10-009-G-00)
