10. IGA WITH FIVE ARIZONA LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES FOR SHARING LAW ENFORCEMENT INFORMATION Pursuant to A.R.S. 13-3872, and in accordance with the provisions of A.R.S. Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 3, approve Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA’s) between five law enforcement agencies: Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, Flagstaff Police Department, Williams Police Department, Chino Valley Police Department, Northern Arizona University and Maricopa County on behalf of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) for the purpose of sharing of law enforcement information through the AZLink program and the five law enforcement agencies as client agencies of the Regional Law Enforcement System, for which the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is the authorized regional link for the Northern Arizona region. This Agreement becomes effective when it is fully executed and filed with the Secretary of State and will remain in force for two years or until either part provides 60 days written notice of intent to terminate.
