17. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE GOODYEAR POLICE DEPARTMENT Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Goodyear Police Department increasing funding by $3,425 from $15,000 to $18,425 and extending the termination date from June 30, 2011 to September 30, 2012. The Goodyear Police Department is a subrecipient of Bureau of Justice (BJA), Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. (C-50-10-024-3-02)
