15. DONATION OF TWO CANINES FROM EYE DOG FOUNDATION Accept donations from the Eye Dog Foundation of two, three-year old male German Shepherd dogs to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Canine Unit. These dogs have an estimated value of $3,000 each. These dogs were initially bred and trained for assisting the blind; however, neither possess the appropriate demeanor for that task. Each dog possesses the attributes to be a good police dog . They will be trained to replace existing dogs designated for retirement. (C-50-10-027-M-00)
