12. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR OVERTIME WORKED WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $20,000 in continued overtime reimbursement funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement. The term of this Agreement is from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $3,320. (C-50-10-040-G-00)
