13. AGREEMENT WITH US DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR OVERTIME REIMBURSEMENT Approve the agreement and acceptance of up to $33,806.50 in continued reimbursement funding from the US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration. The term of this agreement is the date of signature by representative of both parties to September 30, 2010. The Sheriff’s Office FY10 indirect cost rate is 16.6%.
