19. AGREEMENT WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR THE 2009 HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT PROGRAM PROJECT, PERSONAL RADIATION MONITOR PROJECT Approve the Agreement with the Arizona Department of Homeland Security for the 2009 Homeland Security Grant Program, Personal Radiation Monitor Project (Project # 555208-05), and acceptance of up to $61,337. The term of the Agreement is October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. Also, approve an exception to the Technology Finance Program (TFP) for the one-time purchase of specialty software to ensure the necessary calibration of the investment. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this agreement are estimated to be $10,181.94. (C-50-10-049-G-00)
