18. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF BUCKEYE Approve Amendment No.2 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Town of Buckeye acting by and through the Buckeye Police Department increasing funding by $3,425 from $15,000 to $18,425 and extending the termination date from June 30, 2011 to September 30, 2012. The Buckeye Police Department is a subrecipient of Bureau of Justice (BJA), Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance funding therefore indirect costs are not applicable. Amendment #1 (C-50-10-055-3-01) extended the termination date from June 30, 2010 to June 30, 2011, approved by the Board on October 25, 2010. This Agreement is funded through a grant from Bureau of Justice (BJA), Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance grant through Maricopa County approved by the Board on May 20, 2009, (C-42-09-009-G-00). 11. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF BUCKEYE Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the Town of Buckeye acting by and through the Buckeye Police Department extending the termination date from September 30, 2012 to January 31, 2013. This amendment is in term only there is no change in funding. This IGA reimburses the overtime expenses of one officer from the Buckeye Police Department assigned to the Maricopa County Neighborhood Narcotics Enforcement Team. (C-50-10-055-3-03)
