15. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCES Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $20,000 for overtime reimbursement funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). This Agreement takes effect January 1, 2010 and will expire on September 30, 2010. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2010 is 16.6%. Unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this Agreement are estimated to be $3,320. (C-50-10-092-G-00)
