21. EXCEPTION TO VEHICLE REPLACEMENT POLICY Approve an exception to vehicle replacement policy to replace Sheriff's Vehicle #11548, a 2005 Ford Crown Vic, VIN 2FAHP71W05X142874, which was recently involved in an accident and declared a total loss by County Risk Management. This vehicle is required for every day Sheriff's operations. There is an approximate cost recovery to the County through insurance of approximately $8,000 for the salvage value of the vehicle.
