15. LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LAKE PLEASANT MARINA PARTNERS, LLP CONCERNING DOCK SPACE AT SCORPION BAY MARINA Approve and execute the revised License Agreement (Agreement) Document No. P-50109 for an agreement between Lake Pleasant Marina Partners, LLP, (“Licensor”) and Maricopa County, (“Licensee”) through the Sheriff’s office for access to, and use of dock space at Scorpion Bay Marina located at Lake Pleasant. The Agreement will provide the Sheriff’s Office Lake Patrol with mooring for a floating boat garage along with 24-hours per day, seven-days per week use of the licensed area. The term of the Agreement is for a five year period commencing on or about May 26, 2010 through on or about May 26, 2015 or upon completion and certification of occupancy by Licensor and Licensee and terminating five years from commencement date. The Agreement provides one additional five year renewal term upon mutual consent by Licensee and Licensor. The License cost is one $10.00 fee for the full 5-year term. Licensor shall provide electrical service to the garage at Licensor’s cost and raise and lower the licensed space as dictated by the water level of the Lake. Approval of this Agreement will allow the Sheriff’s Lake Patrol to have access and use of dock space along with electrical service at Scorpion Bay Marina. The Facilities Maintenance Department will fund the permit fees ($200.00); Fire Alarm ($2,015.00); and Electrical Connection ($300.00). (C-50-10-109-M-00)

11. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LAKE PLEASANT MARINA PARTNERS, LLC FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY AT LAKE PLEASANT'S SCORPION BAY MARINA Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50109, dated and approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors on April 28, 2010, through Maricopa County (Licensee) Sheriff's Office with Lake Pleasant Marina Partners, LLP, Licensor, to extend the term of the agreement for five (5) years and provide for access to and use of dock space at Scorpion Bay Marina located at Lake Pleasant. This first amendment to extend the term is provided for in the agreement by mutual consent. The new license term, if approved, will be retroactive to May 15, 2015 and run for sixty (60) months commencing May 15, 2015 and expire May 15, 2020. This amendment also acknowledges that the Licensor's name of reference is Lake Pleasant Marina Partners, LLC, not LLP, and changes the noticing address for the County's Facilities Management, Deputy Chief Real Estate Officer. Either Party may terminate the Agreement with 180-day written notice to the other. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. (C-50-10-109-M-01)
