15. EXEMPTION FROM MARKINGS FOR TACTICAL OPERATIONS VEHICLE Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-538.03 approve exemption from markings and issuance of undercover plates to vehicle 31671, approved to be replaced on May 26, 2010 in agenda item C-50-10-110-M-00. This vehicle will be used for scouting target locations and deploying operators on missions and it is necessary that the vehicle not be readily identifiable as a law enforcement vehicle for the safety of the officers and of the mission.
