18. SALE AND TRANSFER OF EQUIPMENT TO YAVAPAI COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE Per A.R.S. § 11-251(9) authorize the sale and transfer to Yavapai County Sheriff's Office the MCSO DUI command post trailer, a 1999 Braco trailer, equipment #00320, VIN: 1B95E4C34X1242374, license plate G470CJ, for one dollar ($1.00). This trailer was funded by the Governor's Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) and authorization to dispose of this equipment in this manner has been obtained. This trailer is in need of repair and the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office will soon be receiving another DUI mobile command post from GOHS. Yavapai County Sheriff's Office has communicated a need for this trailer and the Sheriff's Office recommends its removal from the County fleet and transfer to Yavapai County.
