19. EXEMPTIONS FROM MARKINGS AND ISSUANCE OF UNDERCOVER PLATES FOR UNDERCOVER VEHICLES Approve exemptions from markings and issuance of undercover plates for vehicles going into service in the Sheriff's Office for undercover use per A.R.S. 38-538.03. Undercover status is non transferable and this request pertains to vehicles recently approved for replacement. Also per A.R.S. 38-538.03 approve exemption from markings and issuance of undercover plates for County vehicle 31435, approved for replacement in a list of vehicles for the Sheriff's Office on May 26, 2010. This vehicle is assigned to the SWAT Division by a Canine handler who is assigned as a sniper. Approval of this request increases the safety of the officer and the mission. (C-50-10-113-M-00)
