22. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION FOR ORGANIZED CRIME DRUG ENFORCEMENT TASK FORCES Approve the Agreement and acceptance of up to $234,577 in reimbursement funding from the Drug Enforcement Administration, Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF). The term of this Agreement is from April 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010. The Sheriff’s Office indirect cost rate for FY2011 is 14%. Total indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $32,840.79. The unrecoverable indirect costs associated with this funding are estimated to be $5,787.94. There will be capital purchases ($193,234.60) associated with this grant that are not included in the indirect cost calculation. (C-50-10-115-G-00)
